We are pleased to announce that Jason Burneyko PE has joined New Lines as a Senior Project Engineer in our engineering department.

Jason, formerly of DW Smith, joins us with over 20 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Land Development, Stormwater Management Sewer Design, Soil Erosion and Sediment Control, Permitting and Construction Inspection.

Mr. Burneyko earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1996. He holds a license as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of New Jersey and is an active member of the New Jersey Society of Professional Engineers as well as a Former President of the Ocean County Chapter.

In 2013, Mr. Burneyko accepted the New Jersey Alliance for Action Distinguished Engineering Award for his work on the Manahassett Creek Park project in Long Branch, New Jersey. For that same project, he was featured in Stormwater Magazine’s June 2017 issue, in which he discussed the stormwater upgrades and other services provided. He has also been one of the pioneering engineers on what is now the booming business district in Lakewood the Avenue of America.

Mr. Burneyko is the father of two and is involved in the local Lakewood community in which he resides. Mr. Burneyko also volunteers at the annual Ocean County Mathcounts competition. In his spare time, he is an avid fan of hockey, minor league baseball, football and music.

Jason is joining our firm at a time where we have a growing staff of professionals that will allow us to continue to flourish in the coming years. He joins the following professionals already at New Lines:
